Canadian Dollars but you can shop in USD if you'd like.

Jetko Crystals operates out of my home in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes, I have built strong relationships with the best vendors that have good ethically practices in place.
Is tax & shipping costs including in the prices?
No, these costs are extra & will be calculated once you fill in your information at check-out.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
No, all sales are final.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans using Sezzle or PayBright. Pay off your order in 4 interest-free instalments with a minimum spend of $200 before tax & shipping. Please see Sezzle & PayBright websites for more details.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, I do, at my home in Burnaby. Choose local pick-up at check out & then email us to reserve your spot.
How do I pick-up my crystals after selecting "Local pick-up"?
To reserve a date/time for pick-up, please email us, info@JetkoCrystals.com, or message us on Instagram, @JetkoCrystals.
Local pick-up is ONLY available on:
Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Monday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
What form of payments do you accept?
We prefer E-Transfer payments if you are within Canada. We also accept PayPal, most major credit cards, visa debit & gift cards.
How do I send an E-Transfer payment?
Once selecting E-Transfer at checkout, please log into your bank institution where you will send the E-Transfer with the total amount from your order. Payments are sent to JetkoCrystals@gmail.com, please specify your order number in the message.
I paid, when will you start packing my order?
Once payment has been confirmed, I will begin processing your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to pack your order, this is excluding weekends & stat holidays.
How do you package your crystals?
Single item or small quantity orders will be shipped in a bubble mailer where each crystal is bubble wrapped. Medium & large quantity orders will be shipped in a box that is padded with either crinkle paper or biodegradable packing peanuts & each crystal in individually bubble wrapped.
How much is shipping in Canada? To the USA?
Shipping to Canada & USA ranges from $9CAD-$20CAD. These are generated from Canada Post rates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, if you spend $150CAD or more, you will receive FREE standard shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside North America. We currently only ship to Canada & USA.
When will my order be shipped out?
Order processing times are between 3-5 business days (excluding stat holidays & weekends). Each order is packed with so much love & care by yours truly.
Do you offer a tracking number for my package?
If you are a Canadian resident, yes, we do have tracking numbers that are attached to each order.
If you are a USA resident, you have the option of having the *lowest rate which does NOT include a tracking number* or a higher rate which includes a tracking number.
How do I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email where you will find your tracking number (*if applicable). If you cannot find it, please don't hesitate to email me, info@JetkoCrytals.com
Why is my package delayed?
Unfortunately, once the package is dropped off at the post office, it is no longer in my hands. During holiday's, please understand that there may be transit delays. For any questions regarding your package (lost, stolen, delay, etc.), please contact your local post office.
My crystals arrived broken:
In the event that your crystal has arrived significantly damaged (small chips & natural surface imperfections from stones are not applicable), please email us, info@JetkoCrystals.com & we will do our best to resolve the situation.
What is a live sale?
Live sales are a weekly stream that we broadcast on our instagram page, @JetkoCrystals. You are able to see crystals up-close & reserve/claim in real time. Win the claim against other crystal lovers in the community!
How do I join?
Head over to our instagram page, @JetkoCrystals, & send us a message with your email address to be able to participate in our live sales. Look out for our logo glowing to know when we go live!
When are your Live Sales:
Live sales are usually on Friday evenings!
How do I pay for my claims?
Once the live sale is over, I will start creating custom invoices with all the claims you made during the sale. Your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided us. It will direct you to our website check-out page where you can select your payment & shipping methods.
What is an Open Box?
Open box's orders where you can keep adding crystals to 1 box to ship out at a later date. This way. you make the most out of shipping costs & supplies. As order volumes have recently increased, we are only able to accommodate 1-week open boxes. Please email me to get set up.
